These photos are going around on an e-mail, so some of you may have seen them. But, they are so beautiful and such a good reminder of what a beautiful, wondrous world we live in- I just had to post them! My brother has been giving me a subscription to National Geographic for years as my Christmas present. I am so thankful for the work they do, for their documentation and support of research projects around the world. May we really begin to see some real environmental protection in 2009!
